Standard items and custom work have different rules.
Standard Orders
Returns are accepted on standard non-custom items within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We can exchange for another size where stock is available. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Custom Orders
Custom printed orders are made to order and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and arrange a refund or replacement.
