Refund Policy

Standard Orders

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock is available. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Custom & Printed Orders

Custom printed orders are made to order and are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there is a printing error on our part.

If your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
